Haili Wind Power Secures a Major Deep-Sea Order Worth RMB 1.085 Billion

On March 17, Jiangsu Haili Wind Power Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that the company recently entered into a sales contract with a customer to supply wind turbine foundation jacket structures and associated components, along with related ancillary services, with a total contract value (including tax) of RMB 1.085 billion. As of the date of the announcement, the cumulative value of multiple sales contracts signed by the company with the same customer over the past twelve consecutive months for the same deep-sea offshore project in China has reached RMB 1.692 billion (including this latest contract).

As of the date of this announcement, the cumulative amount (including tax) of multiple sales contracts entered into by the Company with the same customer over the past twelve consecutive months for the same domestic deep-sea series project has reached RMB 1.692 billion (including this transaction).
The Company stated that, if this contract is performed smoothly, it is expected to have a positive impact on the Company’s operating results. The execution of this contract represents a further deepening of the cooperative relationship between the Company and the customer, building on their existing strong collaboration, and underscores the customer’s high level of recognition of the Company’s products. At the same time, it marks the official commencement of the Company’s order intake for deep-sea offshore wind power projects, which will help enhance the Company’s market competitiveness; moreover, successful performance of the contract will strengthen the Company’s ability to secure additional deep-sea orders in the future. The performance of this contract will not affect the Company’s operational independence, nor will it result in any dependency on the counterparty arising from the fulfillment of this contract.
The execution of this contract constitutes a routine business activity of the Company and does not constitute a related-party transaction, nor does it qualify as a major asset restructuring as defined under the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructurings of Listed Companies. In accordance with the Articles of Association of Jiangsu Haili Wind Power Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and the Company’s internal regulations, the execution of this contract is not subject to review by the Board of Directors or the Shareholders’ Meeting.
